I am an experienced sound engineer. Troughout my professional career, I developed important projects in Production sound, Sound editing, Sound designing, Re-Recording Mixing.My experience is broad, covering feature film, live recordings & broadcast of concerts (clasical music as well as pop rock), theater plays, big events, outdoors and indoors as well as recording, mixing and mastering different musical productions.
I also worked for multiple TV productions developed by MediaPro in Romania: TV series, live and post-production shows like Romania Got Talent, Masterchef , The Voice of Romania etc. Among other noticeable projects is the cooperation with Disney – dubbing for feature film and TV series. This project set very high standards for me, thus making me even more passionate about my work.
I had the privilege to work closely with great names in cinema, starting with Maestro Francis Ford Coppola and his highly professional team of award winners: Walter Murch and Pete Horner for a wonderful cinema production: “Youth without youth“.Very soon after my american experience, another very important project, directed by Paul Schrader, gave me the chance to demonstrate my skills in production sound for a great movie: “Adam Resurrected“.
For 2,5 years, I was invited to be part of a new project, located in Doha (Qatar) as the Head of Sound Department for the film production company: The Film House.
The new company gathered young professionals from all over the world and it became in short time, the no 1 film production company in Qatar. My responsibility was to design and build Qatar’s only Avid S6 suite as well as to manage all production sound & post-production activities.
After Qatar, in 2016 I moved forward to UAE, obtaining the licence to work in the Emirates trough the Twofour54 free zone of Abu Dhabi.
Early in 2016, together with highly experienced branch colleagues, we founded the only Studio Media Hub in Romania and we work in our studios for clients from all over the world.
